"The cashier charged us double for food and still input the wrong price when corrected. They had to ask a coworker how scan a barcode. Very disappointing Another bad interaction. They acknowledged Iwas overcharged and they refused to correct it."

"Yesterday I went into the store made a purchase didn’t get a receipt and noticed I was short my change when I got to work. I went to the store today and I spoke to Sarah and she was very helpful she reviewed the purchase and the camera and gave me my change. It went smooth and she apologized. Thank you so much Sarah!"

"Very disappointed with how this facility is ran by management. They have some semi truck parking but it's all taken up by local drivers either leaving their cars in the parking spot to save it for when they come back or bobtails that have not moved in weeks. I have been delivering to a local distribution center for the last 6 weeks and I park here regularly. But every time you get here the same cars are taking up semi truck spots to save for later, forcing us out of state guys to park in no parking zones. When i brought this to the attention of Kwik Trips management he was completely disinterested in it. They have signs stating no dropped trailers and tow away zone signs that are not in forced at all. I guess it might be time to go over the freeway to Loves truck stop and start giving them my diesel fuel business."
