"Eagerly looking to install a pool for the first time. Staff gave us a flyer, we asked a couple questions, then wanted pricing because of course why would we waste their time with all these questions if out of our price range. Was told it would be a while as another staff had the pricing book and those customers also just showed up. Seriously how bad would it have been to go ask to look at price book quick. Just lost a potential sale."
"Poor customer service spent 9500 on a new 550 edge wood stove the water sensor went out with 2 months of use the werent interested in fixing it .I fixed it myself and when i returned the faulty water sensor i was supposed to be reimbursed but they said i can only have in store credit. How is it under warranty if you keep my money . i called central boiler customer service and they said i should get my money back and that they would contact traeger .needless to say i got my money back but not without a struggle. .why should i pay for something thats under warranty . I am done shopping there they didnt seem to care about issues i had with a brand new stove they had already gotten my money way to lose a customer over a 50$ warrantied part. Never shop there again"
