"Bob & Dan on second shift are top notch! By far the best around! They have outstanding customer service when I have called in need of service or just in a last minute pinch. They have always found a way to get my truck in a timely manner. They treat you with major respect, and honestly care about the little guys.They both have went above and beyond many times to help me when no one else would get me in. I hope Management truly understands how much of invaluable assets these two guys both are! It is so rare these days to find such caring people, who go the extra mile for their customers no matter their fleet size. I just can’t express how grateful I am for them both and all they do for my company."
"Problems with warranty on TRP lights took to long to resolve because of trouble contacting manager. Phone system puts you into voicemail and you get lost in the shuffle. Anthony did finally get most of problems taken care of but took 3 months."
"Appointment at 12:00 , not in shop till 1:00. They obviously don't understand that when they don't keep their appt. it puts the driver behind,witch means the only way to get back on schedule is to drive faster so we don't miss our next appt and run out of hours prematurely. But it doesn't matter to them, they will be at home on time to eat dinner with their families while we are trying to get back on schedule because they held us up. The unsafe driving starts here this week. Thanks JX"
