"Shane called back as soon as available and arranged to come by same day. But the kicker is that he got the job done, was very patient and courteous and explained his observations well. My sewer blockage was a rather tricky (for me at least) situation that I'd worked on for a few years with my own router, but Shane didn't ignore what I'd experienced and clearly attempted to incorporate that into his assessment of where the blockage was located. I'll definitely call him back as needed."
