"From our first introduction with Bill, he was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took several months to make our decision to move forward with our roof replacement. He offered one follow up call to check in, which was helpful because I'd misplaced his number and had wanted to go with BNW. Bill and his crew were ready to go sooner than we thought, which was also great. The crew got started and they worked very fast and were also pleasant. Halfway through tear off we encountered inclement weather - for the next 2 days. Constant heavy snow made it impossible for the guys to work. They tried waiting it out in their vehicles, which I was very impressed with. They made sure everything was protected properly so there was no water damage to our home. After the winter storm relented, they carried on over the weekend and did a beautiful and detailed job. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs."

"The crew from bnw installations was awesome. From my first meeting with Bill until my final contact to finalize the payment, everything was stellar. Super friendly, experienced, hard working crew completed my fairly large, two story roof in one day and did an awesome job from start to finish. It was a tear off and re-roof. Clean-up was really good as well. I found only 4 nails in the grass the next day, which from previous roofing experience is virtually nothing. They went around the house with a magnet, broom, and leaf blower at least 3 times to make sure my property was left how they found it when they arrived. I can highly recommend this company. Their price was very competitive with all other estimates, as well. Thank you to Bill and his crew!!!"
