"My fiancé made an appointment the week of 12/11 for the following Tuesday 12/19, she was flexible enough to have the car there before they opened. They close at 5 and we haven’t heard all day so called around 4 pm with not much info from the shop at all. Around 4:30 I went and got the car because we couldn’t leave overnight when we made an appointment for that day. I got the keys and picked up the car, was told they would call with additional info. We never heard from them that day or days after. Not very professional in our eyes. So now we still have car issues and left with confusion. Luckily I got the car somewhere a little more customer focused!"
