"Great experience again with Maverick Mechanicals. They've come out three times for us in a past few years for issues with the dishwasher, toilet and most recently the shower. All three times the work was done well and on-time. Plumbers are friendly and prices fair."

"Terrible company. Save yourself the headaches and pay someone else a little bit more!!!! Where to start?…..This company was unfortunately brought to my home by the people doing my kitchen remodel. No one ever contacted me to come see the job before it started. I never recieved any quotes or estimates for their work. Joe, the owner of Maverick Mechanicals, told the remodelers he had spoke to me ahead of time, which was not true.They did not show up the morning the project was scheduled to begin. Apparently, they got called to a more important/lucrative job in Illinois. They arrived in the afternoon while I was at work and started their work without ever contacting me. Joes crew left puddles of water in my basement, and damaged drywall when they cut the water lines to cap them. When they came back at end of the remodel to hook things up, once again they got called away to a more important job. They billed for 9 hours at a standard plumber rate, with 2 trip charges. I am totally ok with that. I was not ok with being billed nearly $1,100.00 for just his material, which was very minimal. There were a few shutoff valves, 4 ft of copper pipe, 25 feet of flexible gas line, and other common fittings. There was also an additional charge for “Disposables.” When questioned about this, Joe the owner could not give me any answers and said he would talk to his guys and get back to me. Joe never got back to me. I should add, the first invoices I ever saw were very threatening. Telling me I would be taken to collections if I did not make payment. Regrettably, I did make payment. Months later, I am getting text messages that a lien will be put on my house if I don’t make payment! Long story short, find a different plumbing company. PS They left a leaky connection in my new cabinets."

"I Hired this company on April 14th 2021 to replace 3 outdoor spigots. I wanted to pick out my own spigots but was told that it wouldn't be covered under warranty then. So I allowed Joe to install whatever he wanted. I wasn't super happy with the install it looks very sloppy on two but I didn't make a fuss. Worked great all summer. This week is the first week frost isn't a worry so I hooked up our hose to wash out my trashcan and it's leaking out the top. I contacted Joe right away. Was told it's out of warranty by 11 days and nothing he can do. Spigots need replacing every 10-20years I'm highly upset to only get 6months of use. I will never use this company or recommend this company to anyone. He obviously does not stand by his work."

"They were very nice and easy to work with. Came out to quote us first then back to complete the job. Very happy with the plumbing work. They are super smart and gave us other options that we didn’t know we had. They are reasonably priced and got the work done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to everyone."
