"They gave me an honest exam of my truck, details with photos what needs to be fixed and didn’t hassle me to pay while I decided if I should get a new vehicle or fix this one. I ultimately decided to not have it fixed, they not only stored my vehicle for three days while I got a tow but didn’t call me once to get it out of their lot. "Our engine light came on while driving. We called to see if we could bring our car in. Got an appointment in two days in the AM. After hooking it up to diagnostics, they found the issue, and John called us right away to let us know what was wrong and get the go ahead to fix. They also went thru the whole car and made a list of things that the car needs done in the near future with prices. ( The car just turned 100k miles) We were never pressured at all, which we like, and the car was washed and totally clean inside when picked up!! Thank you for the excellent service! Would have given 5 stars..but they are a little pricey."

"I call about a wheel alignment. I talked to Allen just me a quote and scheduled me for the next day. Brought my vehicle in they brought me home and picked me up. The price I paid was the price quote. I didn't need any extra work done. They did a courtesy inspection and found nothing else that needed repair. Staff was very courteous and friendly.. They had my vehicle ready when promised. I would definitely recommend silver lake tire and auto for a wheel alignment. I didn't have them do any other services. I will have them do other services. When needed such as oil changes and fuel filter changes. I'm new to the area and found them to be conveniently located on Janesville road."
