He didn't mind me asking questions while working on my system and even gave me some advice on adding a cold air return in my basement myself. "Josh came out and spent time time with me, listening to my needs and making suggestions where it makes sense. I didn't feel he was pushing to upsell me or to get me to spend more. In fact, a couple of his suggestions led me to self-installations, gaining him no funds. We had two bathroom vent fans and an outdoor security camera installed. He discovered that certain elements of our furnace were not installed correctly and that our fan speed was not adjusted properly. He really did a thorough job and very satisfied with this work. "Josh was referred to us by our daughter who had some electrical work completed. We recently relocated to WI. He arrived on time and was very professional upon arrival. Listened to all of our concerns and started troubleshooting at the main panel. He quickly determined what the issue was and remedied the flickering power on the outlets and lighting we were having. He also replaced our thermostat and tightened all the loose terminals inside of the breaker panel. I will definitely use his services on any electrical project.
