"We took our dog here since he was a puppy for 3 years. We HAD ALWAYS felt the staff was great...and we always saw the same faces. However after they opened a 2nd location, things changed. No longer familiar faces. But THIS is what made me say NO MORE! We had just bought a new $30 collar for our dog. He only had it for 3 days. When I picked him up from daycare, the collar was all chewed up! I complained to this employee I had never seen before. (They are supposed to remove their collars). I got an "I'm sorry". But even worse, next day we were babysitting a relatives dog. This dog and mine have known each other for 3 years, and always have gotten along. This visit the visiting dog got close and our dog growled and snarled. My dog has NEVER shown agression...and has not since...he is a service dog, so has been trained accordingly. My only conclusion is another dog at day care attacked my dog...leading to chewed up collar and his agression the next day. I dropped a letter off to the owner voicing my concerns...and suggesting some of these new employees need training in breaking up "dog fights" NEVER got any sort of reply. That was the end for me. (Then I heard more stories after we left)"
