"Went in for visit front staff not very friendly but visit was good. Called a week later left message with front staff for tech/Dr to call me back waited 2 days no callback. Called twice today to set up a follow up appointment I was put on hold 12 mins nobody checked in so I hung up, called back was sent to voicemail it was 12:30(lunchtime maybe?) so I called back at 2:30, again.. no answer waited on hold 9 minutes before I again hung up. Very disappointed"

"I called today to ask about pricing for euthanasia for my cat unfortunately. My mom recommended this vet because of how much easier they made her experience when she had to put her dog down. Their pricing was more affordable than my moms normal vet as well. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and judgemental. I’m already going through a hard time with this decision and she was absolutely awful."

"Dr. Wolfe was execellent with my hard to handle orange winged amazon. She did amazing and now my bird is so loving and she helped my bird so he wasnt in pain and now hes so loving. O appricate everything she has done and very informative with my bird. She is the very very very best vet i ever went to ever. Never in my life did i think i would ever have my bird on my shoulder and loving me. My kids are excited to and they want to say thank you from the bottom of there hearts. Dr. Wolfe is so amazing. "Anne Wolfe at this vet clinic is the BEST Veterinarian. When our Guinea Pig got sick very quickly one morning (bleeding due to what we now know was a Uterine Infection), I called 17 different vet clinics in one day, and not one of them could help us because they were either not accepting new patients or some wouldn’t be able to see us for up to 4 weeks. (We were even established clients at 2 vet clinics for our small animals but there were no appointments available for over a week+ and our Guinea Pig needed urgent care). I even called the two Blue Pearl E.R. clinics in the area and they were so inundated with emergencies that we couldn’t even be seen there. I felt so helpless. Finally, late in the day, I was able to connect with Dr. Anne Wolfe. She said she would get us in the next day. She was quick to diagnose our little Oreo and rule out certain things so that we could get Oreo the treatment she needed. Dr. Wolfe checked in on Oreo a few days later to be sure she was responding well to the medication and improving. Dr. Wolfe is truly phenomenal and one of the most caring, compassionate Veterinarians I have ever met, and I have had many animals in my lifetime. I know she was extremely busy that day when she made time to see our sweet Oreo in between her appointments and surgeries, but she still made time to see us because she truly cares about animals. We were so blessed that day to have met Dr. Wolfe and grateful to her for saving Oreo’s life."
