"Beyond unethical. Never follows up. No regard for needs of patients. Lies to her patients about sending scripts in and billing issues. In my opinion she should not be practicing and should have her license revoked. Will be filing complaint to oversight board and contemplating a malpractice lawsuit. "I have never met a medical provider that was so irresponsible! Jennifer Hipp is willing to take your money for your BHRT treatment but will not follow up with your prescription that I paid for. I showed up for my last lab appointment and she never showed. I called, texted, and email Jennifer with no response! She is a complete scam!"
"After one year of care, I moved on. Tired of no one showing up for appointment. When they moved I was never notified showed up at the wrong building. I do not feel like things were done properly toward the end. Trying to get a phone call back or response in an email takes forever ."
