"Called to get an estimate on how much an urgent care visit would be and was connected to billing. Billing told me they couldn't give me an estimate. I asked if they were obligated to follow The No Suprises Act and was told "no" and transferred to someone else. This higher up in billing told me they couldn't give me an estimate for an urgent care visit bc they didn't know what the Dr's would do. When I stressed that all I wanted was a visit and a test, I was told again they couldn't give me any answers for even a basic visit cost and then that she would have to run the billing code for the test I wanted. I don't have insurance. Seems to not be in compliance with Federal Law."

"Would not recommend. Misdiagnosed POC, do not treat POC with respect.Also employees would ask personal questions and attempt to debate with patients on government laws. Very inappropriate conversations with patients and do not meet patients needs at the end."

"The phone service is terrible l. Your on wait time for 15 plus minutes just to make an appointment. And every time they say please hold, they hang up! I seriously dislike calling. Love the doctor but the building is just terrible at customer service."
