"Try contacting someone from the Parks and Rec. Dept. Good luck. Leave a message, no wait leave a message, im sorry can you leave a message. I left a message asking about a sign saying they were going to be spraying pesticides. Kids were coming to the park the next day. They called me back a week later not in 24hrs like the recording said. I guess children aren't a top priority for Carlsbad parks."
