"(Edit: Updating from 1 to 3 stars. After posting this review I was contacted by the facilities asset manager and was provided with a reasonable solution.) Everything was great until I started attempting to cancel my services as I no longer need a storage locker. I have been in contact with them several times and my services have yet to be cancelled and I still have not seen the refund that I am owed. Oh and for transparency, when you sign up with this storage facility, they do offer you a discount if you review them. So take all these positive reviews with a grain of salt, I should have."
"I went to visit the Sun Prairie location within a week after they opened. Was very impressed by the facility and Keli gave me a great tour and was very informative! She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I will be renting a unit from them as it was the cleanest, the securest, and the rent/key can be accessed from your phone. Great place!"
"We’ve been storing with Discovery Storage since opening its doors. Kelli and Dave are amazing to work with and always go above and beyond to make sure we have the correct size unit, even with a short notice. I highly recommend their facility as it is the best and newest in Madison. With their App you’re able to gain access right from your phone. They’re one of the industry’s leading storage provider’s which is why we choose to store with them only. Knowing that they hold very high standards to keep any items stored safely 24/7/365 give us peace of mind!"
"Discovery Storage is clean, secure and convenient! The mobile app is great and helps to lock/unlock doors and bay areas! The warm bay is great for loading and unloading. The bay is big, allows for multiple vehicles at a time and fits oversized vehicles too. Discovery Storage has been a great supporter of our local volunteer organization, CORP (Capital Off Road Pathfinders) and we can’t thank them enough for all they do for the local community. Discovery Storage provides us with a centrally located storage space that is easily accessible for all members of our team. Thanks Discovery Storage!"
