Picking it up one day and delivering two days later. They wanted to deliver the safe on a Friday evening at about 7pm also. They did change the time after I complained. Theo was the crew lead that called me about an hour before as requested when I set up the appointment. At the pickup location. He arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. He and his teammate worked very quickly, efficiently, with great care, and respect for everything. When they got to the drop off location it was exactly the same service as at the pickup location.
