"Go elsewhere for your safe moving needs. This company is very unprofessional and a disaster to work with. My family was given a 9 AM- 11 AM drop off time frame. Two men showed up OVER TWELVE hours later at MIDNIGHT (as if the safety and routine of my family meant nothing to them) to deliver the safe. While delivering the safe they managed to do over $600 in damages to my home with their "White Glove Service" . We (my husband and I) had given the dimensions of the space they would need to get through and a video showing the layout of where they would be moving the safe through. We knew there would be a tight squeeze to get through the doors and even offered to take them off prior to the company coming. I was told they would do it. I was also told they would put something on the ground to protect my floors. Neither of those things happened. My doors are damaged, my carpet is torn and I have been finding pieces of their "moving equipment" (seems to be a PVC pipe) that shattered weeks later in my home. One of the workers even said "oops we need to be more careful" when they were attempting to move the safe. My husband was at one point on the verge of a break down stating "This company is tearing my house apart". I understand sometimes people have days that just nothing goes right and my husband and I were trying to show grace and give the company a chance to right their wrongs. They refuse. My husband called Erika that morning (considering at this point it was 2AM) and was telling her the damage that the crew had done to my home with pictures and she was embarrassed, as the company should be. We got a quote from our repairman for the doors and carpet and was told at least $600 price point to fix the damage. We got offered $200 from the company. Not only did we pay a substantial fee for the service that they never provided they aren't even willing to fix the things they damaged. We asked for them to reconsider the amount because we're only trying to fix what they destroyed and now they are denying they were the ones that caused the damage after previously taking accountability. It has been weeks and excuse after excuse from this "company". They are just another Greedy company only looking for their own benefits and quickest, easiest route. The company does not care at all about their customers in the slightest. If you are looking for a safe moving company please please please save yourself the trouble and look around and do more research because I promise this company is not worth the stress, time and money they charge."

"My seller connected me with this company to connect my heavy freight delivery to a local mover who was able to deliver inside my house. Ericka at Nationwide made all the arrangements, and kept me informed by phone or text many times during the day and night. She tracked the original pickup, to the secondary location and made sure the final crew had all necessary info. After a delivery date and time was set, the home movers called me to ask if they could come early. I had no issue with that. They got here I walked them thru the route and inside the house where the item was being placed. They were professional and took safety measures to make sure nothing was damaged. Then they explained everything to me, and watched me do it. They were very friendly and professional. And I thank Aaron for using Ericka and her company. Because she organized everything, kept me constantly informed and checked with me after the delivery was done. I highly recommend her and her company."
