"I went for couples-and individual- long story short I was referred to trauma therapy and CADA thanks to director Melanie but initially Juliette and even the more experienced Laura or my individual counselor diane did not catch things like gaslighting blame shifting like Darvo, wordsalad and other manipulations Melanie did though. Nor did they recognize my trauma responses like freeze Until I came across the possibility of narcissistic/emotional abuse (accidentally) one day and pushed in session asking only things that would trigger someone in that category. Before that final session, they didn’t have a clue and even joined in on the blame shifting and gaslighting. Melanie was so helpful so I did give them a 4star rating but this type of behavior is just so prevalent in our world for them to not recognize this toxic demeaning behavior, hopefully they introduced the abuse wheel in a staff meeting."

"Juliet Hatch is by far the most supportive human being on this planet. I have a major mental illness and she's been there for me the last several years supporting me and being on MY SIDE, helping me emotionally and mentally cope with my past and present. By far a the greatest therapist and role model. I hope more people recognize that she can help them, that there is help out there and that change and progress is possible, even when you can't believe in yourself. "We've been coming to Journey's for over 6 years now. My son is better for it. I recommend Justin and Laura. I'm sure the others are great, but those are the two we have experience with. I would and have recommended them to family and friends."

"Works with custodial parent only to assist in parental alienation the worst form metal abuse to children targeting the other parent and their family. Does not care about fathers or non custodial parents. Used counseling sessions to do conference call where kids were forced to choose a parent and where they wanted to live. The damage this has caused is unbelievable. The hurt on the children and the other family is beyond.belief. I asked to be apart of more counseling and decisions with children and they said they only have time to interface with one parent. This place is either ignorant of parental alienation syndrome and its scarring affects or just flat out has a mission to destroy non-custodial families and their relationships with their kids. I do not recommend this place for children or adolescents. It only encourages a relationship with one parent and wants to wipe the other parent and their family and friends off the face of the earth. Effectively this place was responsible for making my child suicidal. When you teach a child that half of where they come from is not worth seeing and bad you effectively call that child half bad! This is the damage this does, and this is what this place is responsible for."

"I personally have had nothing but positive experiences with the therapist and staff from Journeys. The therapist truly strive to do what is best for their patient. They deal with children and adults who have experienced trauma in their lives in such a thoughtful and caring manner, I personally have benefited from their approach to healing.
