"Visited the general camping area on the northwest side on Sunday June 18, 2023 and the lake was full, windy, but water was almost reaching my picnic table. Great seeing all the water back after all the years of drought. Porta Potti needs work."
"Nice place to kayak! Had a fun time, not a whole lot of boat/jet ski traffic on a Sunday afternoon. The gravel road between the road entrance to the camp grounds (on the east side of the lake) are pretty smooth. The paved road between Maxwell and the park entrance seemed way rougher. LOL!"
"Well considering it's a reservoir...last year and this year they are draining it so much that it's sad we can't use are boat or jet skies and it's catch and release if u want to fish...we left early...wasn't worth the money we had to pay for our spot or the gas .....maybe next year it will be better."
