At Wisconsin Swim Academy, we believe in taking a loving and gentle approach to teaching swimming lessons. Our lifeguard-certified instructors have almost 180 years of combined swim experience, ensuring that your child will receive the highest quality instruction. We prioritize safety and aim to build confident swimmers who are equipped to enjoy a lifetime of fun in the water.

We understand that every child is unique, which is why all of our swim lessons have a low student-to-instructor ratio of 3:1 or can be private upon request. This allows us to create the best learning environment for each individual swim buddy and tailor our approach to their specific needs.

Drowning is a leading cause of accidental death in children under 5, which is why we emphasize the importance of water safety from an early age. Our swim classes not only teach essential swimming skills, but also instill confidence, character, and compassion in our students.

"I love this place for my baby to learn to swim! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I can see my daughter gaining new skills each class! On weeks I couldn't make it, I have been able to switch my class time and attend a make up class. My baby loves her swim time and is sleeps so well after class! They also have coffee and snacks for purchase, as well as swim diapers and other swim apparel for kids. Older kids can grab a lollipop on the way out the door as well! Such a fun, friendly environment! My only complaint, if there even is one, is that I wish both parents were allowed in the water during the class. Also, the changing room curtains are not super private, but it hasn't bothered me much!"

"Our son was quite anxious in the water and hated getting his face wet before we started lessons here. He had tried lessons elsewhere and due to the class sizes, he was unable to get the more individualized attention he needed to succeed. Since the beginning of this school year, he has shown tremendous growth. He is now comfortable around the water and is learning new skills. The teachers are so patient and helpful with children of all ages and skill levels. Highly recommend!"

"Feel like just a number here. We were not greeted or shown where to go for our first lesson. I had to find someone and say I was a “first timer.” The worker pointed to the dressing rooms and said someone would call for us later. I had to change my infant on the ground because there’s only one changing table in bathroom. The changing rooms aren’t very private. Didn’t have anything explained to us about the facility or policies once started. Was basically funneled to the showers. The class size was double what was advertised. Disappointing considering how quick the classes are. It was overall an extremely chaotic and overwhelming experience."
