"My first initial impression of The Rock was horrible. I wasn't apart of the planning and wasn't sure what was going on or that there were tables reserved for special occasions. I sat at one of the only empty tables with a group while the person planning went to grab the wristbands and billing. Immediately someone saw us sitting at a reserved table and humiliated us in public. The man loudly and rudely said, "These seats are for reserved parties only." I explained that I thought we were a reserved party and the man said snarkly that we only purchased the group amount. His voice was very loud that everyone in the building heard and stared at the group I was with. I would completely understand if the man said it politely but I felt like they were purposely being rude and hostile because our group were people of color. I felt humiliated, racially profiled as incompetent due to the color of my skin, and didn't enjoy my experience at all. I will never return to this place ever again. For people of color, I'd highly recommend you be cautious when thinking about coming here."

"Good for families with small kids. One of the closer snow tubing hills from north Chicago suburbs. Probably better experience when there is some natural snow accumulated"
"Nice little hill in the Milwaukee area. 4-5 runs including a terrain park. Has tubing that I didn't try. Decently kept runs for this time of year. The staff was friendly. Food and drinks in the lodge were reasonably priced. The lodge could use a fireplace and some better seating. I liked the place well enough."
