"Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and as the sales associate if they had any sandals or slides in stock. He was quick to tell me no and I said you mean to tell me you don't have Adidas Nike anything. He said I can have someone look for you I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 15 minutes only to call back and nobody answered on three attempts. This is why in the very near future there will be no retail stores and everything will be bought online and these people will be without jobs because of laziness!"
"I had such a great experience in this store it was neat and clean and the associates were very friendly one of the associate saw that I was being hit one by a strange man and made sure he was gone before I left the store and walked me out the store and watch me go to my car to make sure I was safe best costumer service I have ever seen I will definitely be coming back to shop :)"
"I don't come here often, but I had to pick up some crocs for my grandson for Christmas. I'm not a rewards member but, Tim, the cashier checked anyways. Seeing that I'm not a member, he scanned his card and I received $10.00 off my $50.00 purchase. I don't think that I would have taken the time for a coupon, but Tim did. Thanks Tim, you're the best!!!!"
"The manager, Jenny, has the worst attitude. Zero customer service. Very rude. Shoped their twice but not anymore just because of bad customer service. store is always dead, and yet Jenny had this attitude that she is very busy n no time to help with my exchange. No more shopping for me at Dunham's after this. Seems like customer retention is the thing of the past. No wonder why it's dead in there."
"Worth the drive. Better service than my local store. Understaffed so the best time to visit is during mornings (IMO). My MGR was Jenny, she provided great service and kept me informed as to the time needed to help me in the final step of my purchase. Very professional and thank me for my business."
