"Wish there was a minus stars option. Most unreliable service out there. Email received said package arriving before noon. Didn't arrive. Then update on tracking said arriving before end of business day. Didn't arrive. Next day says delayed, no updates. I stress whenever anyone sends me packages from fed ex because many times they don't deliver the package to the right address. I think the drivers toss packages out their truck door while driving 30 miles an hour within a 20 mile radius of where package is to be delivered."

"A package that I ordered was set to be delivered. My wife watched the FedEx vehicle back into our driveway get out, get back in and drive away without delivering any packages. That evening I got a notification saying my package was delivered. Not sure where to because I never got it. I filed a claim and there response was “we can’t fulfill your claim because I didn’t have the option of requiring a signature”. So now I am out my package and they are saying it wasn’t their fault. Great business!"
