"For the second time this month, a package was not able to be delivered to my son. They said the driveway or front door was not accessible. This is impossible. I checked with everyone that lives there, and they have gotten their mail. He's gotten other packages. Sounds like they can't be bothered."

"I love this post office, living in Eau Claire I would much rather drive here. The ladies working are extremely nice, love to talk with them when its not busy. Have gotten there when they were closed for lunch but the library is right across the street. So I always find something to do even if its for an hour."
