"Terrible delivery service if you want your items not damaged. They seem to use Ave Ventura opening scene as a training video. They have lost amazon returns of items multiple times that they destroyed in the first place. So now I have to follow return tracking extensively as well. Update 5/6/23: 4 packages totaling over $3k with signature required, left in the rain on my doorstep NO SIGNATURE MARKED AS DELIVERED while I was out of town for 8 hours...."

"not happy we had a blizzard still snowing , I get it but to say it was delivered at the front door when in reality it was left on the ground by the mail box a quarter of a mile away with plows coming through? You have to be kidding me ! it was glass! worth $$$ the neighbor seen it and is picking it up for me"

"Terrible service. It's the same story every time. 'Delivery attempted, will try again next business day.' I wait all day at home and have security cameras that would show if they attempted delivery or not. Instead it just shows them driving by. Sometimes packages go missing and when you call customer service it's all AI now so you can't talk to an actual person. If you use the app to change the delivery to a pick-up, then they charge you an extra $6. Ridiculous how you already paid for shipping but they'll charge you more to go pick it up even though they're paid to deliver it to you. What a joke."

"Amazing customer service! After a missed delivery on a Friday, I was in hunt of my package and headed over to the shipping office for UPS. Although my package was not there, I was lucky to run into a very helpful customer service agent in the office. She kindly spent an hour tracking down the driver and then gave me a location to meet the driver on the side of the road and I was able to get my package."
