"DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! I lost everything I own because they are neglecting to take care of this facility! The majority of my belongings were stored in a unit here while we were house hunting. We finally found the perfect home and sent the movers to our storage unit at this location to move our stuff and when we opened the door we discovered that everything was soaking wet and molding. Upon inspection of where the water was coming in, we discovered a 1 1/2 - 2-inch gap in the roof. They clearly knew about this gap and attempted a worthless fix that did not work. They never once notified us of the damage to the roof to give us a heads up. They just decided to put up half a drain pipe above the gap to catch the water. Clearly that did not work. The pipe just filled up and all the water dumped right into our unit and destroyed everything! At one point, based on the water damage, it is clear that there was at least 6 inches of water in my unit that came in from the roof. A lot of the items we lost cannot be replaced. This is 100% on U-Haul and the management of this location for not caring at all about the facility or its customers. DO NOT put your belongs in these units! And if you already have stuff her, I suggest you go check on it and hope for the best."
