"I LOVE Boxen!!! John and Cheryl are the best. They work with you and push you to give 110% each time! If theirs anything you can’t do they will give you modifications. Their place is new, clean and fabulous!!!! I like to call Boxen my “Happy Hour”! It’s a hard workout but I feel great when I leave! John also does personal weight training which I also love! He’s right there spotting you in case you need it. Encouraging you to lift more even if you think you can’t. Boxen feels like a second family to me!"
