"Worst place ever. I scheduled an appointment online for a passport picture and when i was asked if i was there for a passport pic and said yes an older man cut me off and said when is the appointment i told him when it was and rudely told me there was no appointments today. Rudest conversation i have ever had and almost every person who works there is completely rude. I have never had good service ever."
"Really worst post office in area. Only a few workers are actually polite. Don’t know why the one guy even works there he is soooo rude, and like for years..haha. I tend to support and respect my post people.. But when the workers do not really respect you…."
"Our mailman is great, but the female that delivers doesn't pay attention. She delivers to the wrong mailbox constantly. Can't read names and apartment numbers. Today, she threw my neighbors package on the porch. It was even small enough to fit in his mailbox, and she just tossed it, and it landed by the wrong door."
"Recently I had to go to the post office to pick up 4 different packages that could not fit in my parcel locker at my residence. They had been there for a while so I was expecting to get yelled at. But they were so sweet & extremely helpful. They even brought them out to the car for me. I was extremely impressed!"
