"I believe that it was our watresses first day.. the food was not great but it wasn't the worst I've had.. it wasn't that busy and it took 35min to get our food.. 10 mins to get our first drinks and 45 mins to get our last drinks.. the floor manager could have done a better job of helping the waiters and waitresses and bartender when they were overwhelmed.."

"Went for happy hour and food and found the staff was short. It took a while to get drinks and orders placed, but once we did, it wasn't very long, and our server, Pam, brought things out as fast as she could. Honestly, she was about the only server for nearly an hour. We overheard the other young servers talking in their little group, that they weren't punched in yet and couldn't help. Perhaps there's a policy about clocking in early... it wouldn't be too surprising. Anyway, the food was great. I had the long island iced tea and was glad it wasn't too strong. My wife had the good (higher priced) Margherita and had nothing bad to say about it. We divided on appetizers and got the boneless wings (awesome), spinach and artichoke dip (awesome), chicken wonton tacos (very awesome), and the chicken quesidillas (awesome as well). Everything was great, but even with more server arriving or server was still busy at the end."

"Our food was good for the most part. Although the waitress didn't put my friends daughter order in. She waited 35mins.. by then we were already halfway done with our food. We did mention our issue with the manager and she was polite and gave us a decent discount.."
