"I called the Amery office to make a passport appointment. They told me I had to make the appointment online. The only appointment times online were 815 am, 830 am and 845 am. We showed up and the post office does not open until 9. So very frustrating."

"Either this location has a new person(s) that need better training or they just have some lazy workers but recently they refused to deliver my packages due to the sight of one of dogs. While I actually understand being apprehensive to delivering packages when dogs are present, my husband had seen them pull in and so he immediately called our dog inside. The USPS driver did not wait even a minute to be sure our dogs were inside and instead just turned around and left. This was frustrating but I figured maybe they were in a hurry with lots of packages and when I called the USPS number to see when they would try delivering again, it said the next available day (which would have been Saturday) I knew it may not happen then but figured by Monday they would defintiely try and again and so we made sure every day since to be watchful for the USPS car as to avoid them leaving again without delivering our packages. Tuesday came around and the USPS site said it was still on hold for delivery but that they would deliver soon. By Wednesday they still hadn't come and I was very irriated and went to check the status and call, when I checked again it finally said "held at local carrier for pickup" which is even more frustrating since the whole point of ordering online is to have it delivered to you. So my husband had to get off work early to pick it up and when he went in to get it, the worker had the audacity to ask him "if it was still okay to deliver to our house"?? Like seriously? We brought our dog in immediately upon seeing them, they didn't even make a genuine attempt to deliver our packages the first time and definitely didn't try a second time, and then acted as if our house was a risk to deliveries. We've lived at our house for over ten years and get deliveries very, very often and it's never been an issue before. Better training seems to be needed at this location."

"I went in at the last minute on a holiday Saturday with an international shipment. Shelly was extremely patient and professional. I was so grateful and only wish I thought to bring some holiday treats! The lobby was clean, well lit, and stocked with retail shipping supplies."

"Had wonderful service, staff was helpful and quick. Updating to 5 stars for my last visit, my previous 1 star review- was based on the hours (not their fault) people work until 5pm, closing at 4:15 is not ideal especially for the next generation who is constantly shipping items. Amery should consider this."

"I had to get a passport right away and it was my first one so I was quite ignorant on the process. Claudia was very nice and helpful and patient. I was so relieved and happy we got it figured out. Also, I've had crappy experience with post office employees being rude but this location is a lovely anomaly. Thank you!"
