"I mean…what more can I say that hasn’t already been said. I found John Horn the same way you are currently finding him. I searched on Google for estate planners and read reviews from people like you and me. When someone has 175 five-star reviews, it catches your attention. It’s not a common thing these days to find so many consistently satisfied customers, no matter what the business. I wrote to Horn & Johnsen and asked about my unique situation, and the rest was history. I stopped looking for an estate planner the moment I heard back from John. I knew right away that the five-star reviews were there for a reason. We came into the estate planning process with little knowledge and it was like learning a new language. I tried to read up on the internet all I could to build a bit of background knowledge, and that helped. But right away in our communication process, John shared some easy to understand articles he wrote for lay people like me. My wife and I read through them and they were invaluable for us to start discussions on our own before we began speaking to John about possible decisions. The entire process was so well done. The communication is timely and user-friendly. John’s a natural teacher, and he breaks down legalese into something that is concrete and digestible for those in uncharted waters. We are exceptionally relieved to have our family’s estate set up and in the rear-view mirror. And we will be forever indebted and grateful to John, V and his team for making the process so reflective, meaningful and educational. We feel like we have a sense of control over our family’s future, despite the fact that death is out of our control. We feel so much more prepared for whatever comes our way, and there is peace in knowing that those you love will be taken care of if you are not there to do it yourself. I cannot recommend the process enough. And I cannot recommend John Horn more than the other 175 Google reviewers already have. Unfortunately, there are only 5 stars to give. John and his team are amazing. Shoot them an email and in a few months, you'll probably be doing the same thing I am...writing another 5-star review. :-)"
