"This tax preparer is the most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with. Be prepared to be bombarded with numerous business scams / sales she will try to sell you on her pyramid scheme travel club, along with make up sales and other things. You’ll constantly have to tell her no that’s ok I don’t need to buy into this and that. She’s too busy to return your calls especially when she messes up on your taxes she will avoid you like she doesn’t know what your talking about. A friend of mine she’s still waiting for her to fix her tales from 5 years ago when she mess them up and now she messed up on my taxes and I can’t even get her on the phone."
