"Had an amazing experience with the staff at this facitlity today! They are very helpful and friendly. They are also very safety oriented. The forklift driver that helped me with my shipment, Kelly, was delightful! She went above and beyond helping me go through my order to be sure there was no damage before I accepted it. Great job to everyone involved!"
"Closed Saturdays and Sundays. Broker told me that delivery is on Saturday. Had to wait for opening Monday 8am. Shipping office on dock 120, come in and to the right. If you need scissors to cut bolt seal, ask them at the staff office (door close to dock 2)."
"I stayed home all day waiting for a scheduled delivery that required I sign for it. Made it to the Mauston terminal and dropped into a black hole. Notified at 6:30 PM that it wasn't coming, and no new delivery date. Now what, I'm supposed to stay home forever waiting to sign for a package that may, or may not come?"
"Called to complain about a driver, who was driving WAY (posted 15, he was clearly going 30+) over the speed limit in a RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and they told me they handle semi's and freight. When I called the headquarters, they tried to ask me "which fed ex was it?" As if it should matter YOU ARE ALL ONE GD COMPANY. I gave you the address he delivered to, YOU FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE HE WORKS FOR AND GET HIM TO SLOW DOWN. I will not hesitate to flag him down and stand directly in front of his vehicle until the police arrive next time! Totally ridiculous that they can't handle a company problem internally and try to get customers to handle what should be and is THEIR JOB/PROBLEM."
