"Not Trustworthy! My father got a letter from the IRS that he now owes additional money to State and Federal, because Armando Martinez Gonzalez made a mistake on our taxes. Very unresponsive with poor communication skills! We requested to the IRS to make an internal investigation on their practices. Will report them and file a complaint for improper tax preparation practices. This business hires unprofessional staff that makes us wonder if their license is even legit, doing a lot of illegal bullshit. This is the most disgusting company I have ever had displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. They either not answer or LIE to you every time you call. Mr. Aguilar and Mr. Martinez are very rude people, not knowledgeable about their job and how to keep customers informed about their rights, trying to scam and take advantage of undocumented Spanish speakers. When you get audited by the IRS asking for that money back, they simply ignore you, wont take your calls anymore and wont return any email. My father and I don't have a problem paying what we owe, but we do have a problem paying someone who is incompetent. My dog could have done better than the messy tax return we got from here! To add to that, he didn't even apologize for his terrible mistake! Extremely arrogant man. We even brought him a bottle of Tequila because Mr. Martinez said that he loved tequila while he was falsely claiming to be a notary public!! . Forgot to mention the smell upon entering the office is quite unfortunate and off-putting, the odor is so offensive that it reminds of a men's bathroom when you first walk in!! Avoid these guys like a cowboy avoids a syphilitic sheep.... Now my father is being penalized for these guy's mistakes. Armando Martinez should be jailed and Aguilar's fraudulent business should definitely be shut down."
