"I’ve returned multiple Amazon items without packing it and all of the sudden I need boxes and bags for my returns (already packed in their original packing). Usually they just accept my returns and scan them, but this lady who helped me made it difficult. Maybe rules need to be consistent for all workers."

"Service has always been wonderful. They offer packing & shipping services. Very easy to use for any Amazon returns. I arrived near the end of the day. Mandy greeted me at the door, held the door open for me, & when she realized I had multiple boxes, she helped me carry them inside. I mistakenly scheduled an Amazon return at a different location. She helped me cancel that, so I could reschedule it using the UPS store. She quickly processed my Amazon returns. Then I had 2 boxes ready to be shipped, but they needed labels. I also had 2 big boxes that needed packing services. She answered all my questions & efficiently processed everything. This caused her to stay after closing time, & she did it all with a huge smile! Fantastic customer service!"
