"WARNING: Needed a water pump installed ASAP by a mobile mechanic on a 2006 Range Rover HSE and I supplied the brand new water pump and thermostat. Although I provided the VIN as requested a day in advance, 2 guys arrived and started complaining about not having the proper tool to remove the fan clutch. And wanted to reschedule. I reminded these guys I needed this done ASAP. So I offered to escort them down to O’Reillys and purchased the tool they needed. Got back. Had to run an errand. Received a phone call and they said come back they were done. Started the vehicle seemed to run fine. They wanted $450 for the job we settled on $400. When they left one guy said I’ll call you later. Price seemed high based on how quickly they finished the job, but didn’t think much of it. Suddenly the vehicle starts overheating. Then in the process of looking around for a wrench I find the parts box with the new thermostat still unopened. They didn’t install the thermostat. Called the guy up. Never got back to me. If I could give these 2 bozos zero stars I would. But google maps is not letting me do that. Stay away from these guys. Enough said."
