"These positive ratings have to be fake. I have had terrible service from this branch. When I first created an account with H&R, I asked for a consult, an estimate and confirmation they could handle someone with overseas assets. I never received any of those things. I asked Izamar Murillo for confirmation they could handle overseas assets, they then ghosted and wouldn't respond to multiple messages. I then had phone messages from a 'Rose' saying "I guess you want your taxes done" (what sort of a message is that?). I called the office multiple times she was never in despite being told she would be in at 1pm, she never was. I also asked for her to send an email, not leaving messages on my phone. This was ignored, I got another message on my phone to call her back, still no email. I gave up. How difficult is it to get an appointment, an estimate and one question answered?"
