"The WORSTTT experience ive ever encountered. Very unorganized as well as unprofessional. Ana "filed" my taxes or so I thought. Went in april 25th, she filed them the end of may (while it was almost impossible to get in contact with her, almost felt like she was ignoring me) then gave me my paper work and claimed my taxes were filed and I paid. An entire month later comes to find out she never filed them and used the excuse that it was the IRS.. I spoke DIRECTLY to the IRS and they stated there was no trace of anyone filing anything. She not only lied but also again made it impossible to get in contact with her until my fiance had to reach out. The entire time I recieved attitude rather than owning up to her faults, so childish. I then found out she only filed for my late taxes 2021 and filed in July because of ANAS NEGLIGENCE I was charged an extra $400 late fee for filing after july 2023 although i intially went in wayyyy before. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone, shes inconsiderate, negligent and clearly only cares to get paid but not do the work. Im beyond upset, she only offered half a refund until I mentioned I will take legal action (which I have plenty of emails as well as recorded calls as proof) and thats when she reached out through her personal line. This woman should have her licensed revoked as well as business shut down, she is untrustworthy and is clearly out for herself."

"Really disappointing on how bad she messed up my taxes. I didn’t receive my tax return last year due to her incorrectly filing my taxes. Now they are auditing me for my 2020 taxes. Expecting money that never come really put a strain on me and my family. I had full confidence in her being that she has always done my family’s taxes and my fathers taxes who just passed away. Don’t be fooled by a nice smile. I am a young father of 4 trying to do all I can because she made her mistakes my family is now paying for it. I am still waiting for a response. Wouldn’t want anyone else to be in the same situation with their family l. Strongly recommend going somewhere else to save yourself the time and drama that is really unnecessary."

"Horrible experience. My taxes were done incorrectly, which in turn cost me owing the IRS $1100, more than my actual return. Ana is very unprofessional, does not respond in a timely manner and seems to be confused about the most basic things concerning taxes. She is not available during her posted business hours and does not have the decency or common knowledge to schedule/keep appointments to ensure her clients needs are met. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE! DO NOT RECOMMEND event to my worst enemy!!"
