"Big store with a good selection, but corporate doesn't give the staff enough hours to operate the store properly, so items that folks want may be stuck in storage waiting to be put out."

"Not enough help at 5pm on a Monday! 8 customers in line. 1 cashier, he was very good. But still only one! With a huge 70% sale going on 2 weeks before Christmas. Only one woman working in the fabric dept. Offer jobs to customers that know the store and knows how to sew and craft! You have a big beautiful new store but you gotta do better with the service. I waited and got good deals but it was not pleasant waiting that long in line."

"This Store Looks Amazing! JoAnn's has a huge remodeling. Everything is so nicely organized, bright and beautiful. The green pop of color really stands out. My sister crochets so yes we came to get a specific type of yarn in a unique color. I ended up catching a sale on thread spools for my sewing bag at home. I had recently realized that I didn't have a few colors so I decided to get extra because of the sale. It was some kind of BOGO so the more I bought the more I got free. They had a lot of other cool stuff in the store but, because we were for a couple of specific items we didn't check out the entire store. I'll go back when I am feeling creative."

"Their new building location is amazing. It took my breath away and made me really excited seeing everything more organized, more availability of items, etc. The place was clean, worker was really kind and patient. The only thing that made me sad is I couldn't find many embroidery or cross stitching kits the way it was before. I think it's just been sold out and haven't been stocked in yet. I honestly love this store, it was amazing and I'd go there again anytime I'd need something from crafts, fabrics, and other items for hobbies and crafts. (I think the yarn wall is amazing! I took only a few pictures, but maybe next time I'll take more pictures.)"
