"In 2022 I had a pool built by Greggs and they did a phenomenal job. Paul who did the design was excellent at explaining things. Alicia who was my go to contact in the office during the entire time was very professional and kind. This is not a big company and they don’t take on more work than they can handle. With that being said, no project this size goes perfectly. It’s when things go wrong or are delayed or cost more than anticipated that true colors show. My pool has a large infinity edge and is a bigger than normal pool at 30x40. A pool of this size comes with a lot of technicalities than require expert design and execution. This company shines in the tough times. The main contractor I had was Dirk. He’s been in the business for 20+ years and it shows. He’s always responsive and ensures the problem is resolved as fast as he can. The pool is over a year old now and no major issues so far. My after pool build continued service has been amazing. Every time I have any issue start I know I can text Dirk and he will point me in the right direction. Overall, if I had to build another pool today, there’s not a company I’d rather go with."
