"I had a valve leaking and had a plumber come by and said I needed to replaced my water heater. I called True Value to get a second quote. Cody came over and saw it. Explained that I did not need a new water heater and I simply had to change the valve in question. I decided add an expedition tank to my water heater and changed the fitting in question. I had the pleasure of working with an honest person, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Not only was the work done to an exceptional standard, but the pricing was also very reasonable. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and honest plumber. 5 stars all the way! Thank you."

"It was two days before Thanksgiving and of COURSE my garbage disposal froze and started leaking, rendering the sink unusable! I called a couple of plumbers and Cody was the first person to get back to me. He took down the information and set up an appointment for the next day. The next morning, Chris and Sam showed up. A quick look to assess the situation and they got to work. They were very friendly and gave me the total price up front. It was pretty reasonable considering it included a new unit and the labor of two people. Less than an hour and they were done! New disposal and all the pipes checked out. I had a great experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues."
