"I had XYG replace my hot water heater. I have used them in the past and they have always been, very competitive pricing, quick service,honest and reliable. I highly recommend XYG and especially Jose."
"This company handles work for my HOA and condo homeowners. I was out of hot water. It required three follows up appointments. They told me I had to have work done inside my unit to fix it. After $680 of work was done I still did not have hot water. The fuses were out for the main tank in the basement. They came for scheduled maintained a didn't update their quote but had two weeks to do it. After addressing my concerns they offered a small write-off and minimal responsibility for not updating their quote. Communication was less than adequate. They get a lot of business from my neighbors but we are an HOA and have options. They made zero attempt to preserve that relationship.XYG was removed from Park Terrace next door last year after many residents complained. EDIT: The company's response is related to different repairs done . They and the building engineer failed to run a proper check/trouble shoot maintenance on the building and mislead me that I needed $680 in repairs done inside my unit. Their lack of accountability is more disturbing."
