"DO NOT RECOMMEND! Called for an estimate for window replacement in my house. Came say day and quoted me a price for each window, not window panel. Confirmed this many times! Replaced two panels on two different windows and said he would come back the following week to complete as he needed a ladder. I called every week and he kept telling me it was too cold right now and to call back. 4 weeks later and many voicemails I finally reached him and he said he could not do the job as it was on the second story. Although he had been paid he stated he quoted me per panel, which he did not. Had such high hopes to help a small business and this is what I get. Call a professional! Not Sam."
