"The attentiveness to detail is lacking... had to return 3x for a shoe with no major issues. Said he was going to use his "special" glue... well, the horse your special glue is made from never, ever won a Kentucky derby son. The two in question (one depicted below). Taking them (and the other pair he didn't fix well)... to my ole guy just around the corner from here. I should have never strayed."
