"During the month of September Montage opened their facility to seniors in the community. The weekly presentations focused on ways to balance ones life. I found each session informative and enjoyable. The weekly classes are available each Wednesday at 10A during the month of October of 2023. The classes are open to seniors in the community at no charge."

"Love this place. A large senior citizen contingent makes up the clientele. Has an attached physical therapy clinic. A warm water pool and a large swimming pool. Many walking treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines and other exercise equipment. Many lockers, clean bathrooms and friendly helpful staff. Classes for some things as well. Aspire members get a price break."
