"I love this company. They offer 24-7 customer response team and arranged the fastest appointment for us! (Other companies are not even answering to their phones) The engineer, Alejandro arrived right away, just on time! He is professional and kind. He found the root cause quick and clear. In our case, the outdoor unit was too old and the capacitor and fan motor should be replaced. Luckily he figured out the complication so quick, he had all the replacement unit with him. He saved me, my husband and our cats from 89 degrees of heats! Alejandro is true life savior! I totally recommend this company, thanks to Alejandro! No more sleeping in the basement! "We were having problems with our furnace and I contacted this morning and they had a repairman out to my building within a few hours. They called to let me know when the technician was on their way, and sent a text with a picture of the technician so I knew who would be arriving at my door. The technician Ruben who came was and professional and was able to identify the problem. It was an overall great experience for a not so pleasant issue of having a freezing house on a cold day."
"I contacted Omar at SWAT yesterday late morning and he had a repairman scheduled for early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a minor wiring issue. They were honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation, which is unfortunately rare anymore. I will definitely call Omar @ SWAT in the future."
