American Response Team was the only company that picked up my call that night and sent out a technician, Felipe, the next morning. "This portion of the review is for the demo team. Manny was my main point of contact throughout the entire time. They were awesome! They communicated well, arrived when they said they would, and had professional and quick workers. We had our downstairs flood and they demo’d all the drywall and removed all flooring within 7 days. Prior to that they had moisture fans running. The reason I’m recommending them and giving 5 stars is because they were honest and did an outstanding job sectioning off the house that was affected so that we could still function within the home. They have also been dealing with all the insurance things on my behalf which has been nice. This has been incredibly stressful but with this company it has made it feel a little more calm."
