""A+" more like "D-" A tech worked on my refrigerator and marked the job completed and the appliance repaired to A+ Appliance and the my home warranty company, even though the problem was not fixed. I called A+ Appliance to discuss and the owner, Sharon, was curt and not at all what I would expect from the owner of a company that made a false claim to me and to my home warranty company. By the end of the conversation Sharon rudely offered to call the home warranty company so I could get another tech to my home without being charged another $75. She offered the same tech, but obviously I asked for a different tech. If it were up to me I'd go with an entirely different company, but alas, my home warranty company has the final say. I will be sending them a grievance if this is not resolved within timely manner."
