"I recently ran into an issue whereby we needed to get a diagnosis and possible repair for the TV. While it is true that the price of the service is $95 I was willing to pay it up front because the other services would not come to my location and diagnose the TV. They wanted me to lug a huge heavy TV and charge me $80, so $15 extra more seemed like a big savings for my time and effort. Tom came over and checked it out and gave me advice about the TV. At first he seemed a bit apprehensive and defensive. But once you get to learn more about his service, he's a very kind guy. Overall, I was happy with what he offered. And also it's true its $400 to fix the TV I am assuming including parts etc. Seems to be his common fixed priced because he has to pay some bills like us all. He seems like a guy who knows his stuff too as he mentioned he'd been doing it for 35 years."

"$95 dollar diagnostic fee is pricey. Diagnosis was $310 to replace the leds which would take a week to come in. ~$405 total. The labor would take a few hours and he would need a large workspace in the house with a table large enough for him to repair the tv on. Kind of expect a mobile service in business for so long to have that taken care of. Hard to say no after paying $95."

"I highly recommend ParTV service, Tom is a very nice, knowledgeable and fair. He has been fixing TVs for the past 30 years! Very fast and reliable service with great customer service. I called around 8am for TV repair and within 1 hour Tom came and fixed my TV in my home! Highly recommend."

"Tom charged us the full $95 fee to simply plug in a cord. Although we feel ashamed for not having done so ourselves--this man was a complete rip off. Upon contacting him later, he drove back to our home and refunded us the full amount, stating he wants his customers to be happy."
