"I was a faithful customer of McBrides for nearly 20 years. Some service was good and some was not good. Ben - after talking with him would make things right by refunding or repairing complained about issues. My last service with them they did not install items correctly and after talking with them they refunded the labor costs as I fixed the item myself. After that service some months ago I received a letter from McBrides saying that they no longer wanted me as a customer and to find someone else. I was very surprised after so many years of sticking with them AND holding them accountable for poor/substandard work that they no longer wanted to work with me. Over the years I have spent a LOT of dollars with them - even in the lean times. Well there was a great ending to this story - by them dismissing us as customers we found an AMAZING repair facility in Placentia and could not be happier with their service AND more importantly their attention to detail. I suggest you REALLY think about using someone else for your RV repairs and service needs. you won't have a problem going to Fairway RV and they will stand behind their work and most likely you won't need to return several times to correct repair items that aren't dome correctly or completely.
